Columbia University is proud to host our Annual New Student Orientation Blood Drive to help incoming students engage with campus life and support local healthcare needs.

Blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give to another person — the gift of life. The blood supply is a critical part of our healthcare system. Healthy individuals must donate blood so that it’s available to those in need. One single donation can save up to three lives!

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome if capacity allows. Register here to schedule an appointment, or call NYBC at (800) 933-2566.

Each presenting donor will receive:

• A free T-shirt and reusable water bottle
